Owner and Executive Chef Jen Mullen, NTM is a former Malibu, California, resident now living in Hingham, Massachusetts. Having trained at the Natural Gourmet in New York, Jen is well-versed in vegetarian and vegan cooking and went on to expand her menus to include meat and fish as well. Jen has more than 20 years of experience as a personal chef and caterer in Boston and Los Angeles. Through her extensive experience and the creation of The Whole JAM, she has developed a unique style of cooking for traditional non-vegetarian and vegetarian customers alike, as well as sweet and savory baking. More recently, Jen returned to academic life to receive her Holistic Nutrition Therapy Masters from The Nutrition Therapy Institute, and now includes nutrition services into her repertoire.
