How it works:

  1. It all starts with a consult to discuss your needs, which could be everything from shopping and meal prep for the family, organizing weekly menus with recipes for you to prepare in your own kitchen or cooking lessons for you or your kids, to balancing your families nutritional needs with education and techniques to meet long term health goals.

  2. Once your needs are established, we come up with a plan and schedule your time each week

3. Each week I will organize your menu and recipes, and, once approved by you, I will prepare just for you.

*This is an exclusive service, and I will only take up to 6 clients per week to ensure the custom experience.

Services and Pricing:

Private clients: individual/family: 4-6 week commitment, set rate plus groceries

Meal prep: per week plus grocery charge

*pricing is a baseline, final weekly pricing will be based on your particular needs

$250 weekly minimum

-Menu needs and number of people will determine final prep pricing each week

grocery charge:  *this is a base charge, if shop goes over budget, then additional will be added.

-$75-$100 for vegetarian/vegan or $125-$150 for menus including animal protein

Custom menu planning w/ recipes: This is for the home cook who needs some fresh ideas! This is also a custom service, so menus could be as complex or simple as you need in order to make your own meal prep smooth and fun. This includes a customized menu based on your families needs, recipes for you to keep and make and a shopping checklist. Add on grocery shopping and take that off your plate too!

$100 weekly for custom menu planning service
$350 for 4 week package

In home Cooking Lessons: $100 per hour plus groceries and $100 add on fee for shopping and planning time

Nutrition and dietary services:

Private: 

-Consult w/ intake forms assessment of needs

-Diet analysis w/ 5-7 day diet diary -Lifestyle goals and strategy

-pointed nutrition recommendations 

-Custom meal plans

-Recipes and pantry overhaul

-weekly sessions (in person or virtual)

Suggested 6-8 week commitment to make lasting changes, and to have time to reassess needs.  

Initial consult: $50

Diet analysis and Customized plan: $800

Coaching  sessions: $100/hour

  1. Initial consult includes discussion of current lifestyle, time, diet, goals and client will receive intake forms and diet diary to complete.

  2. An analysis will be made of a 5-7 day diet diary, suggested strategies and nutrition recommendations will be made, along with a custom meal plan with recipes (based on client preferences, but following nutrition recommendations-meant to be a guideline and a way to educate, not a strict diet, unless that is necessary for health needs)

    *included in plan is a one time kitchen/pantry overhaul designed to educate on ingredients and organization.

  3. Coaching sessions are additional, could be weekly,  by weekly or occasional.
