The Whole JAM serves the South Shore of Massachusetts with gourmet meals, healthy cleanses, and nutrition plans that fit your life. From children to adults, we accommodate a wide range of diets and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.
The Whole JAM offers pre-made, customized meals filled with clean and whole ingredients. We also offer specialized cleanses to reboot your body as well as nutrition counseling. Everything is made using minimal processing, and we focus on the nutrient-rich foods you need to fuel your daily life. Our dishes feature ingredients that are locally sourced, organically and sustainably grown, and responsibly and humanely raised whenever possible.
NEW! Our founder and Chef, Jen Mullen, is now also offering custom plans for you and your family. Whether you have nutrition concerns or just want a more custom experience, Jen will be your kitchen guru. Using her extensive food knowledge and recent training to become a holistic nutritionist, Jen is prepared to tastefully nourish you and your family!

The JAM Cleanse
Though all of The Whole JAM’s meals are made from scratch using high quality ingredients and low processing, it is always beneficial to get back to basics and give your body a “reboot”. One or two weeks per season we offer a menu of meals designed to reset your diet and get you on track to eating as healthy and sustainably as you prefer. You can opt for a full-service meal prep option or do it yourself with our guidance!
Stay Clean with JAM
This is a weekly set menu to stock your fridge with healthy, clean meal options. After you do a cleanse you probably will want to continue feeling nourished and energized! Like our cleanses, these menus are completely vegan, with an option to add meat or fish protein. The menus are also sugar free, made from scratch, and free of most allergens. These menus are designed for those days when you really want to eat well but need to have the food ready to go. The program weeks remain at a set price and, since menus can be viewed four weeks out, you can sign up for one to four weeks at a time.
