Easter 2015 Menu

Easter is just around the corner, which also means spring is about to arrive!  Not too soon either after the winter we have had here on the East Coast!  It also means time to get inspired for warmer weather food and, though we  have plenty of snow and the temperature is still hovering around 20, thinking about this Easter menu gave me hope that we will soon be enjoying some warmer times without having to turn on the oven!  Hippity, Hoppity Easter is on it's way!!
